ASTURSEGUR MEDIADORES CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L.U., henceforth the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, is responsible for processing the User’s personal data, and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing personal data and the free movement of this data. In this regard, you are provided with the following information on processing:
Purpose of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations planned in order to perform processing are:
Sending commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other present or future electronic or physical means that enable commercial communications to be made. These communications will be made by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY and will be related to its products and services, or those of the partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

Criteria for data retention: data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in the purpose of processing. When the data is no longer required for that purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure pseudonymisation or total destruction of the data.

The User is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY expressly informs and guarantees Users that under no circumstances will their personal data be transferred to third parties, and that the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested before any type of transfer of personal data is carried out. All data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary in order to provide an optimal service to the User. In the event that complete data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to your needs.

In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY complies with all GDPR regulation provisions for processing the personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which the data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently with regards to the Subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The RESPONSIBLE PARTY guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies in order to apply the security measures established by the GDPR to protect the rights and freedoms of Users, and has communicated the appropriate information to Users to allow them to exercise these rights and freedoms.
